"Next Day" / "Two Day" courier services are normally delivered within one or two working days (Mon-Fri) respectively, provided orders are received before 3PM, though this is not a guaranteed service.

"Saturday" courier deliveries will be delivered before 1PM on Saturday provided your order is placed before 3PM on the preceding Friday.

"Standard" is a non-tracked service usually delivered via Royal Mail First Class small parcels. This normally takes around 1-2 working days (Mon-Sat), though this is not guaranteed. We reserve the right to ship Standard parcels via a different service for reasons of cost, service or availability.

"Economy" is a non-tracked service usually delivered via Royal Mail Second Class small parcels. This normally takes 3+ working days (Mon-Sat). We reserve the right to ship Economy parcels via a different service for reasons of cost, service or availability.

For very heavy or bulky orders we reserve the right to use a Next Day pallet service.

We offer two options for the international destinations above- delivery by courier or by Royal Mail.

Royal Mail European delivery is a non-tracked Airmail service that normally takes 3 to 7 working days (Monday to Friday). However, this is not guaranteed.

We regret that Royal Mail delivery is not currently available for deliveries to Serbia or Montenegro.

Courier European deliveries are normally delivered by Interlink Express and its partners. This is a non-guaranteed service that usually takes the following amount of time:-

• 2 Days - Belgium, France, Germany, Luxembourg, Netherlands
• 3 Days - Austria, Denmark, Liechtenstein, Switzerland
• 4 Days - Czech Republic, Italy, Slovakia, Spain
• 5 Days - Estonia, Finland, Hungary, Poland, Portugal, Slovenia, Sweden
• 6 Days - Bosnia and Herzegovina, Bulgaria, Croatia, Iceland, Latvia, Lithuania, Montenegro, Norway, Romania, Serbia, Greece

We regret that courier delivery is not currently available for deliveries to Gibraltar.

Please note that deliveries to Switzerland, Liechtenstein, Norway, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Croatia, Serbia and Montenegro include a £25 customs handling charge in the shipping cost.

Disk Depot reserves the right to cancel orders where delivery restrictions, customs restrictions and charges, or other reasons would make it impossible to deliver the goods to you at the specified price. If this happens, we will attempt to contact you as soon as possible, and agree alternative arrangements if feasible.
