This is a "Cumulus" touchscreen digitizer controller IC. Chip comes pre-balled with solder balls.

Usable with devices including the Apple iPhone (5, 5C, 5S, 6, 6 Plus and SE) and iPad (Air and Air 2). Suitable for micro soldering and component-level repairs.
