Sharing and Social Bookmarking

Author: Disk Depot @ 4:22 pm

You may have noticed the additions of some tiny icons to the bottom of most product pages- if you’re wondering what they are, read on!

These are social bookmarking links; they’re a way for you to share interesting sites and web pages with your friends. Because there are several different services for this- many connected with social networking sites such as Facebook- we’ve included several different links.

There’s one for the popular micro-blogging service, Twitter, another for Digg, and ones for Delicious, Technorati, StumbleUpon and Facebook.

For more information, check out Wikipedia’s article on the subject.

Not everything we stock is headline news, but if there’s something interesting or a particularly good deal that catches your eye, feel free to share it with your friends!
