Taiyo Yuden is almost universally considered to be the most reliable brand of CDs and DVDs on the market (arguably Verbatim come close, though no other company do). Even though our prices are highly competitive, the fact remains that genuine TY discs are never cheap. People buy them because, quite simply, TY discs are exceptionally high-quality media.
Some TY-manufactured discs have been sold under various names by other brands, but such discs don't always go through the same quality control that TY's own make do.
There are lots of counterfeit TYs about in the UK- if the price is too good to be true, it usually is! Another source of fakes is obscure sellers on auction websites. We source our TY media from one of the UK's largest distributors so you can rest assured that they're genuine.
