About Taiyo Yuden
Taiyo Yuden (TY) is almost universally considered the most reliable brand of CDs and DVDs on the market. The company played a major part in the development of CD-R media, and were the first to present a recordable CD to the public under their "That's" brand.
Even at our competitive prices, genuine TY discs have never cheap. People buy them because, quite simply, TY produce exceptionally high-quality media.
Some TY-manufactured discs have been sold under various names by other brands, but these don't always meet the quality control standards of TY's own make. (Assuming that they're genuine TY in the first place).
