Sorry, if I could have given this zero stars I would have done.

First of all it's not compatible with the Phoenix labels which Disk Depot sell - silly me I assumed that as it's the only applicator that DD sells it would work OK with the labels that DD sell.

Second the spindle that is supposed to go through the central hole of the disk is too small, there's at least a mm of play. My wife could place the label better by eye than with this applicator.

Finally the supplied software is more-or-less a joke, you'd be better of doing the label in Word, or paint!
