They are unbranded and produced by CMC. CMC are one of
the major manufacturers of optical media. You might not know this, but they produce discs on behalf of many of the better-known brands. You can be sure that they have the experience in disc production of all types.
Discs are
recordable at up to 8x speed. This means that a full disc's worth of data (4.7GB) can be written in 10 - 12 minutes. These are DVD-R ("minus R") discs and are compatible with most DVD burners (including multiformat ones). However, for best results, as with all media, you should keep your drive's firmware up-to-date.
