Dual Layer Tuffdisc - Twice as Tuff!
Tuffdisc DVDs have a super-tough overprinted top coating that protects against scratches- great protection if you're taking your data out and about. Now Tuffdisc is available in 8.4GB dual layer format- almost twice as much storage capacity as normal single layer recordable DVD media. These are supplied as a
25 disc "cake tub" pack of DVD+R DL discs.
Because Tuffdisc media are overprints, they will be mixed manufacturers, but you can rest assured that each will be from the most reputable brands. You would expect these discs to be overprinted from brands such as Verbatim, Sony, Apple, CMC, Ricoh, to name a few.
Now you get Tuffdisc's
toughness and quality in a double layer disc. The best thing is the impressive low cost; dual layer media have the reputation of being expensive, but these certainly aren't!
Please ensure that your drive is compatible with DVD+R DL discs. Most built in the past three or so years will work, but we recommend that you check; one sign is the DVD+R DL logo (as seen to the left).
